    Q: How much of a down payment is required?

    A: For a Bengal, Savannah or Chausie kitten a $200.00 down payment is required. The down payment is non-refundable if you change your mind but can be transferred to another cat IF the cat you were getting was not already altered for your purchase.

     

    Q: What is your waiting list and down payment policy?

    A: We no longer do a waiting list. All down payments are applied directly to the cost of your kitten. Once you reserve a kitten that amount is not refundable, however it can be transferred to another kitten if the kitten you initially selected is under 8 weeks of age. Changing your mind about a kitten can jeopardize us being able to find them a loving forever home if the decision is made too late.


    Q: Does the price include spay or neuter for a pet purchase?

    A: All kittens sold as pets will be altered before they leave our cattery. The price of the kitten includes the surgery cost. There are no exceptions to this policy.

     

    Q: What type of health guarantee do you provide?

    A: All of our cats come with a written one year health guarantee. You will be sent a copy of the guarantee to sign when you select a kitten. Please email for a copy if you would like to see it before selecting a kitten and we will be happy to send it to you.

     

    We also give you a free month of health insurance. You will be given the information and a phone number to call within 24 hours of getting your kitten. After the one month it is up to you if you want to continue the coverage or not.


    Optional Extended Guarantee: We only feed Life's Abundance food. We feel so strongly about the quality of this food and the benefits it provides your pets over other foods that we offer an extended THREE year genetic health guarantee if you agree to feed Life's Abundance foods from www.healthypetplace.com.

     

    Q: At what age do you allow kittens to leave your home?

    A: All kittens are at least 12 weeks of age when they leave our cattery.

     

    Q: What vaccines and testing do you do before the kitten goes home?

    A: All of our personal cats are tested for Feluke and FIV. Details of all vaccines given and wormings will be included with your paperwork. Vaccines: All of our kittens/cats are vaccinated with the vaccines that are appropriate for their age. Wormings: All of the kittens will be wormed and fecal tested before leaving.

     

    Q: What are your prices?

    A: All prices are noted with the picture of the individual kitten/cat. Prices are based on the kitten/cat being Pet quality, Breeder quality or Show quality. Many times, kittens are kept back to see if they are fertile in the case of a higher generation male or to see how a female kitten will look as it gets older. These kittens will be offered at a reduced price in the case of the males. The females may be reduced in price but they tend to be my pick of the litter so it is rare that I reduce the price by very much on them.

     

    Q: What food do you recommend?

    A: We only feed and recommend Life's Abundance foods for all our pets. A bag of cat food will be sent to you before you receive your kitten/cat so you have a supply on hand. We highly recommend you keep the cat on the same food that it has been weaned and raised on. You can purchase the food via a link on our site to www.healthypetplace.com. We offer and extended guarantee if you purchase and feed this food from www.healthypetplace.com.

     

    Q: Do you ship?

    A: Yes, we ship in North America only at this time. Shipping prices vary depending on where you are. We will advise you of the charge once you let us know what airport you would like the cat flown into. We have never had any problems shipping a pet. Normally shipping ranges between $220 - $250 on Delta Airlines. It is paid at the airport when you pick up the cat.

    Many states have bans or restrictions on what generation (how far the cat is removed from the wild cat) you can own in the state. Check your state and local laws before considering one of our cats. We WILL NOT ship cats to a state or area that does not allow them. When these animals are discovered they are put to sleep. We will not risk our cats or break the law to make a sale.
